k-Bee Leotards will exchange any unused item, with tag attached, within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please fill out the entire Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and return your unwanted merchandise to us via United States Postal Service. k-Bee is not responsible for lost returns and recommends insuring your package. If you no longer have your invoice, you can print a Return/Exchange form from our web site.
To speed up the process, we recommend ordering the new item needed online, then shipping back the unwanted item for a return instead of an exchange.
k-Bee will repair (APPROVED) defective merchandise within six months of purchase. In order for us to resolve your repair in the quickest way possible, we ask you to please fill out our Repair Request Form.
Print out the Repair Request form, complete all requested information, and include it with the defective leotard. (address located on form)
All garments must be washed properly prior to sending back to our Quality Team. Soiled/Dirty items will be sent back to customer without repair.
k-Bee is not responsible for color transference on any leotards that have been custom designed. For best results, we recommend avoiding combining dark colors with light colors. We strongly recommend avoiding combining reds and pinks with whites and/or silvers.
k-Bee Leotards guarantees any item against manufacturer's defect for 90 days. We will exchange faulty products for the exact same item. All shipping charges will be paid by k-Bee Leotards. If the same item is out of stock please contact us.
