Wholesale Accounts

Thank you for your interest in k-Bee Leotards. We pride ourselves in offering the best quality leotards at the most affordable prices. We offer two programs for your convenience:

Wholesale Program

Products are paid for before shipment is made. There is a first time minimum order requirement of $300.00 (not including shipping charges). After your first order is placed there is no minimum or maximum requirement. There is no resale price requirement. The items are yours to keep and sell as you desire.

Consignment Program

You must own a gymnastics facility or be closely affiliated to the gym, (for example Booster Club President). We will choose our newest and most popular prints for you and guarantee that 25% of every box includes products from our new release selection. You can choose your preferred size range, and your preferred style (camisoles or tank leotards). You will receive a new box every 2 months. Unsold items must be returned to us within 10 days after receiving your next box along with payment for sold items or authorization to charge your Credit Card on file. Quantity of items shipped in each box will depend on credit approval (average box size is 40 items). All leotards will ship with a free matching hair scrunchie. If an item is returned without the matching scrunchie the amount due is $2.00 each.

First time customers are required to provide a credit card for their first order, for authorization only. Once first payment has been received, the authorization will be released. There is a 1½% late fee on all invoices 30 days past due.

The following are not available for consignment and must be paid for before shipment is made: Long Sleeve Leotards, Grip Bags and extra Hair Scrunchies.

Web-based Business

We do sell to other web site companies with the following policy: Orders must be paid for at the time your order is placed, (consignment program is not available). We do not drop ship. You must create your own images. k-Bee Leotards reserves all rights to our images.

Shipping Charges

All Wholesale/Consignment customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Catalogs

We do not print a catalog at this time. We like to add new prints every month; therefore our catalogs would be constantly outdated. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Wholesale Prices

Requirements

1. Proof of Business Required: Your application must be submitted with proof that the entity is trading as a business within the gymnastic/dance apparel industry. Suitable documentation includes a copy of your Resale Certificate, Business License or a voided business check.
2. You must have a pro shop within an athletic facility or a free-standing retail store in the gymnastics/dance apparel industry to sell the products.
