Order Changes

To make changes to your order, please send us an EMAIL or call us at 1 (888) 523 3536. If your order has already been shipped, we can exchange it for you.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel your order, give us a call at 1 (888) 523 3536. There is a 5% cancellation charge on any orders that were placed using a credit card and had not yet been shipped.

Cancelling a Custom Order

Custom orders are non-refundable and changes cannot be made once the order is placed.  Please check your order carefully before it is placed.

Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail, call us at 1 (888) 523 3536 before placing another order.
